Synopsis
In Nagano`s Yatsugatake mountains, Inspector Kansuke Yamato pursues a suspect when a sniper`s bullet grazes his eye and an avalanche engulfs him. Ten months later, the one-eyed Kansuke investigates an observatory assault with Yui Uehara. When the massive antenna activates, it triggers inexplicable pain in his wounded eye, hinting at buried connections. That night, Kogoro Mouri receives a call from former colleague “Wani,” who`s investigating the Mitaodake avalanche and found Kogoro`s name in the files. En route to their meeting with Conan, gunfire erupts. An unkept promise and haunting afterimages in Kansuke`s eye converge as a chilling mountain mystery unfolds, revealing long-hidden truths.
